Las habitación estaba un poco sucia y la sábana una mancha roja, la ducha olía a caca y había mucho polvo en general. El desayuno demasiado escaso, no había ni jamón york. Otros ibis budget están mucho mejor en general. Camas incómodas

Breakfast, tea and coffee (vending machine) downstairs. Good access. Does what it says.

Please do not book here, it’s not suitable for under 6 years old and the cleanliness is appalling.

Hotel was clean room was adequate and 5 min walk to new street station

Lovely place clean and when we had the cleaning lady in while we where did a lovely job even opened window for us

Brilliant I would like to stay there again the people at reception are lovely this dude introduced me to two new metal bands so hell yeah 👍

Great location with the train station, China Town, and the Bullring shopping centre all within an easy walk. The room is basic, bed, bathroom, TV and desk. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room is tiny but all necessary amenities are included. Beds are comfortable, the water is hot enough for a cozy shower and the air conditioning is working well. Staffs are friendly. Sufficient and economical on-site parking provided. A bit noisy at night caused by other guests though, bringing earplugs may be a good idea for those sensitive sleepers.

Compact room size, but good for 2 and a small kid. Bathroom doesn't have door knob installed. There is no lock for toilet room as well. But for family, it's adjustable.
