DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport

I the room smelled like mildew.  There was some sort of fire alarm and evacuation.  The lighting in the dining room is terrible. They have removed ice machines and there is no information where to find them. The restaurant does not answer the phone for room service. I  am a frequent guest of this property and Hilton gold member..  It has gone down hill. I have been getting $30 food credit. I booked two rooms for myself and work colleague. An African American woman at the front desk was so rude to me,apparently Hilton does not honor my food/bev credit if I book through 3rd party.  I have decided not to return.  The hotel is inconsistent at best.   Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

前台的華裔小姐姐很友好，服務給人賓至如歸的感覺，其他前台的服務就比較一般，給人心情不佳的感覺，但酒店整體環境還不錯，房間能看海和機場飛機的起降，地理位置很不錯，安全乾凈！如果是趕飛機或者作為去Stanford和半月灣的中轉是很不錯的！早餐很基礎，主要以煙燻三文魚、各種冷盤和麪包為主，當然也有水果咖啡，但選擇很少。

整體感覺不錯，房間乾淨，他的餅乾真是太棒的服務人員態度友善，2樓的健身房設施完善。跨過飯店外的機場路即可看到灣區和舊金山機場飛機的起降，非常棒
