This hotel was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms were dirty and had a strong moldy smell, which made it impossible to stay—especially since I am allergic to mold. I paid extra to upgrade, hoping for a better room, but all the rooms were just as bad. This hotel was absolutely unacceptable. This place was a huge disappointment and I strongly advise against staying here. Never coming back!

Reception staff very rude when we asked her to chk the non working tv, reluctantly she went to 'fix' but still not working though she claimed already done . No info of the places to go but answered to us all up to u, I don't know what u wanted to do , when we told her of interests the history n so on , she just play not interested at all ..we had 2 big luggage and she placed us at the level without lift , we asked if can change room,she said 100% occupied n turned us down, we don't see many people there even after dinner times..Atleast she put in effort to chk rather just answered us without thinking in view of we are too old to carry the bags up the stairs. This type of working attitudes how to hv full hse in their property..
