dusitD2 Khao Yai

Booked for deluxe king and had a scary overnight incident of broken toilet bowl cover…the night shift staff was kind enough to shift us to a duplex suite but the new room is even worse than the first one. Toilet cover cracks, hairs in the bath tub and sink, dirty pillow cover, unable to close the curtain etc… We wanted to leave immediately after the first night but the manager Meow was SO KIND and offered us an upgrade to the villa which was build a year ago. The villa is beautiful, clean (still saw very small piece of blood stains on the sheet), quiet and even have warm water Jacuzzi pool. The service recovery was 💯 and Dusit is lucky to have someone like Meow who truly cares about their brand name and customers! Highly recommended if you book their villa but they have so much work to do to fix things on the hotel side of business… and there are so many beautiful places to stay in Khao Yai which is more value for money
