Great location and lovely rooftop pool.

退房已經超過 4 週，我們至今仍未收到押金退款。 一週前已寄出正式郵件給飯店 到現在沒回覆、沒退款、也沒有任何解釋。 這樣的處理方式與服務態度，完全無法接受。 我們在入住期間曾經遭遇涉及人身安全的嚴重問題，目前尚未對外公開。 我們會給你們最後 3 天的時間處理退款與正式回覆，否則將會全面揭露整起事件並採取進一步行動。 It has been over 4 weeks since we checked out, and we still have not received our deposit refund. We sent a formal email to the hotel a week ago—no reply, no refund, no explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning, we encountered a serious issue during our stay involving personal safety, which we have not made public—yet. We are giving the hotel 3 final days to process the refund and provide a proper response, or we will move forward with full disclosure and further action.

I loved the artistic elements that went into the overall decor, and really appreciated that! Apart from that, I didn’t have enough time to explore the hotel for a business travel but it was very decent. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Downside was the parking, which we still had to pay

Nice boutique style hotel located in a great, convenient location. Nearby Chinatown and lots of restaurants and bars.

Overall loved my stay. Room a bit small, but sufficient for a solo traveller as myself. 10/10 service.

كان الموقع جيدًا جدًا، وكانت هناك حانات/نوادي لطيفة وأطعمة بأسعار معقولة مثل Maxwell FC. على بعد بضع دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام من مترو Maxwell وربما 10 دقائق سيرًا على الأقدام من مترو Outram. كانت الغرفة لائقة مع مساحة واسعة لوضع الأمتعة، وكان من الجيد وجود منطقة وسائد للجلوس أيضًا. كان المرحاض صغيرًا جدًا، مع مساحة صغيرة أو معدومة للتحرك عند فتح باب منطقة الاستحمام. لا يوجد بيديه ولا مقاعد مدفأة في وعاء المرحاض. كان ضغط الدش والتدفئة الفورية جيدين جدًا. عزل الصوت في الغرفة لائق، ويمكن سماع صوت إغلاق باب الغرفة الثقيل وأصوات المشي من الغرف العلوية. حمام السباحة صغير جدًا، ربما يكون جيدًا لالتقاط صور لمنظر عام من Maxwell وليس جيدًا كمسبح لفات ذو ارتفاع وطول قصيرين. كانت خدمة الغرف سريعة في الرد على طلباتي، وللأسف، لا يوجد مغسلة ملابس، ولكن توجد خدمات غسيل الملابس. بشكل عام، بالنسبة لموقعه ونقطة سعره، لا يزال فندقًا جيدًا للإقامة فيه.

I stayed at Mondrian during my first trip to Singapore, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautifully designed — stylish interiors, a photogenic lobby, and a rooftop pool with a stunning city view. The view from the pool was definitely one of the highlights of my trip! The staff were all very kind and helpful, making the entire stay feel smooth and welcoming. The location was also super convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. I swam both in the morning and at night — it felt so refreshing! I would absolutely love to stay here again next time I visit Singapore. Highly recommended!

我很滿意安排的房間，每天收拾的很乾凈，沒有看到蟲子、空調不冷不滴水、衞生間乾淨。 超讚它的屋頂泳池（在網紅們來之前，因為她們似乎除了拍照就不幹別的了，非常干擾來游泳和吸水得遊客們）
